Culture Wars
ReplyDeleteFebruary 15, 2012 by Rev. Daniel Blair
How does one win the culture war? In these last days we have seen the wall between other world religions broken down through a mandated philosophy of tolerance. The war is raging in social networks, the blogosphere, the media, and among the political elite. Who has the best belief system, customs, moral practices, and social behavior for healing a divided nation? Who can heal a divided world torn asunder by sectarian differences? As we fast approach the end of days many will come claiming to hold the answers to this dilemma by uniting the world under one set of culture norms mandating adherence by all. Those refusing will face the collective hatred of a powerful majority very similar to that of the French Rebellion in 1830 or not to dissimilar to the occupy movement of our day.
