    CORRUPTED LEADERSHIP ....spreads whenever TOP GUNS, as in ''POLITICIANS'' gets into a CRISIS SITUATION of not knowing what INFORMATION is false or correct in TRUTH.
    ...LEADERSHIP GETS ''corrupted'' ?? ...CORRUPTION in different degree of SIGNIFICANCE.
    .... Distractions and ploy in order to Deceive SINCERE intentions; it does serve it's Controversy and Contradictions of ''PURPOSE AND MISSION'', OBLIVIOUSLY.
